Boxing is an exhilarating class beginning with 10 min of warm up stretching and slow moving jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts and kicks designed to inform beginners of the basic moves.


Next is an intense cardio workout (30-40 min) of punching, kicking, blocking and ducking combinations followed by one on one sparring (advanced sessions only).


Class duration : 60 min

Class participation : up to 2 people
