are designed for the client who is looking for a fun & challenging way to remain active without the desire to commit to a strict, body shaping diet plan. We create a program of fun fitness activity unique to your personal interests and fitness background. Activities can be private one on one sessions with your trainer or shared with a friend. Group training is also available with a minimum of 4 participants.
