This exhilarating class begins with 10mins of warm up stretching with slow moving jabs, hooks, crosses, upper cuts and kicks designed to inform beginners of the basic moves.

Next is an intense cardio workout (30-40 mins) of punching, kicking, blocking and ducking combinations followed by one on one sparring (advanced classes only). A final ‘awesome abs’ workout and deep, soothing stretching leaves you feeling refreshed, strong and energized.

Private boxing or kickboxing is an ideal way to burn fat and tone your body into a lean master of self defense. The personalized sessions include use of
