bodiku athlete programs are designed for men & women who wish to make a committed and serious approach to improving their physiques. All aspects of training are very precise and carefully monitored by your trainer. Weekly evaluations help to optimize your progress and counter any diversion from your goals with positive solutions. All participants who apply a diligent approach to their diet and training regimes are guaranteed excellent results.
Programs are tailored to the individual and combine the following modules :
the evaluation
bodiku's health and food analysis seeks to determine your fitness ambitions, current state of health and tendency towards supporting fitness activity with correct forms of adequate nutrition. Our analysis of your current flexibility, muscle endurance and cardio fitness will provide measurements from which parameters are set and improvements monitored. All results are strictly confidential and provide the basis from which your exercise program and meal plan is tailored.
food & nutrition
Ideal food preparation and consumption is significant to the success of your program. Our senior trainer Komang Arnawa outlines specific guidelines to ensure your dietary intake always supports, rather than inhibits, your fitness activity. A calorie controlled, nutritionally balanced meal plan is created based on answers supplied from your health questionnaire. 
a customized training program
Komang’s methods of instruction effectively help you to localize individual muscles and consistently maintain optimal training parameters through his attentive monitoring and evaluation. Training techniques include a combination of weight training, cardio endurance, boxing and stretching.
a personal training diary
Physical evaluations, specific exercise programs and meal recommendations are recorded in your personal training diary. An ideal motivational tool, the diary tracks your progress, identifies improvements and illustrates when alterations to your current program are necessary.
therapeutic body massage
Optimal health comes when the mind, body and soul are in balance. All bodiku athlete programs include a number of 90-min massage treatments (performed by a renouned Balinese healer) to assist in your physical recovery from training, improve blood circulation and encourage an unobstructed flow of energy from within.
