In June 2007 the crème de la crème of Indonesian bodybuilding gathered before a full capacity audience in the hopes of representing their island in Indonesia’s most exalted national bodybuilding competition PON. PRAPON ‘Night of Champions’, PON’s qualifier event, sought the top three best athletes from 55kg to 85 kg weight classes. Audience members were treated to an awesome line up of local lads each representing one of 27 islands throughout the Indonesian archipelago. Pro World Champion Komang Arnawa, demonstrated his support of the athletes with an inspirational guest star performance and mammoth biceps only just fitting into a costume symbolic of his Balinese heritage.
